Careers
Work where the code is also run.
Small team, real projects, our own infrastructure. Nobody here builds slides about software — here it is developed, delivered and supported for years. Since 1999, as a registered training company with a dedicated innovation space.
Apprenticeship: IT Specialist for Application Development (m/f/d)
Learn software development where it happens every day, in real client projects — from PHP and Symfony to Shopware and TYPO3, with named contacts instead of a corner for trainees. The role is the three-year German dual-study apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development.
Details
Your tasks
- Work on real client projects from the first week — no drawer full of practice exercises
- Development with PHP 8, Symfony, JavaScript and current tooling
- Areas of your own, step by step, in shop, web and software projects
- A look at infrastructure and operation: Docker, Proxmox, databases
What you bring
- An interest in software development — projects of your own are a plus, not a requirement
- Logical thinking, and the patience to get to the bottom of a problem
- Mittlere Reife or Abitur (German school-leaving certificates taken at 16 or 18)
- The wish to genuinely pull your weight in a small team
Speculative application
Good developers rarely fit a job advert. If you know PHP, Shopware, TYPO3 or infrastructure and the way we work makes sense to you, get in touch.
Details
Your tasks
- You tell us what you are best at — we tell you honestly whether we need it
What you bring
- Substance before buzzwords: show us code, projects or systems that are running
Nothing suitable? A speculative application is not just a polite gesture here — we read every one.
