01 Starting point
Housebuilding is a trust business with long decision paths. Prospective buyers study reference projects, floor plans and location long before they get in touch. The website is therefore the first test, and it has to make build quality visible rather than merely assert it.
At the same time the portfolio keeps moving: one project goes to market, the next is already sold. In projects of this kind it is rarely willingness that stops the site staying current — it is that every small change ends up as a ticket with a service provider.
02 Solution
The site was built on WordPress with Elementor. It follows fixed blocks for project introduction, image gallery, key figures and contact route. These blocks are combined rather than a separate template being developed for every new development.
One focus is on the images. Photographs of developments are delivered in several resolutions and loaded on demand, so galleries open quickly on mobile too. Page structure, heading levels and metadata are set up for regional searches.
Operation and maintenance run on our own servers in Germany: updates for core and plugins, backups, monitoring and TLS. Planning, build and operation come from one team, so change requests do not get stuck between several parties.
03 Result
New developments can be published as soon as they are ready to market. The gap between project start and visibility online gets shorter, because there is no development step left between the decision and publication.
For prospective buyers a consistent picture emerges across all projects: the same data points, the same visual language, the same route to an enquiry. Enquiries therefore arrive better prepared.
